DiRT 3 Review

DiRT 3 is the new sequel to the famous racing game, DiRT 2. The game features amazing graphics for most racing games, and realistic audiences. DiRT 3 offers up a lot of maps to race on, each very unique giving you the maximum playtime while racing. This game is very immersive, and feels like you are actually a real time racer while playing. The functions of the game are very responsive and tight, and their are 6 types of tuning for your car, each making the car drivable on any terrain. Their are also different weather types, like rain and snow, so you will need headlights and other equipment. DiRT 3 also gives you TONS of cars, from red sports cars to cars as old as 40 years old. DiRT 3's sound is absolutely amazing. The loud sound of announcers to the sound of screeching tires when you crash, it adds to the immersiveness (not really a word, just wanted to make it up) of the game. Don't play this game quietly, because then it's just not DiRT 3. What you really want to do is blast your speakers so you feel like you're actually racing. In DiRT 3's new multiplayer, their are fun gamemodes like capture the flag and a tag like gamemode. Overall, I think DiRT 3 is the best racing game out their so far. I give it a 9/10.
