DiRT 3 Review
DiRT 3 is the new sequel to the famous racing game, DiRT 2. The game features amazing graphics for most racing games, and realistic audiences. DiRT 3 offers up a lot of maps to race on, each very unique giving you the maximum playtime while racing. This game is very immersive, and feels like you are actually a real time racer while playing. The functions of the game are very responsive and tight, and their are 6 types of tuning for your car, each making the car drivable on any terrain. Their are also different weather types, like rain and snow, so you will need headlights and other equipment. DiRT 3 also gives you TONS of cars, from red sports cars to cars as old as 40 years old. DiRT 3's sound is absolutely amazing. The loud sound of announcers to the sound of screeching tires when you crash, it adds to the immersiveness (not really a word, just wanted to make it up) of the game. Don't play this game quietly, because then it's just not DiRT 3. What you really want to do is blast your speakers so you feel like you're actually racing. In DiRT 3's new multiplayer, their are fun gamemodes like capture the flag and a tag like gamemode. Overall, I think DiRT 3 is the best racing game out their so far. I give it a 9/10.

ATI Radeon 6990 review
NOTE: Sorry, if I said I was going to do a review on Killzone 3 or the Nintendo 3DS.
Alright, AMD has not stopped manufacturing top of line video cards. You thought the best video card in the world was the 5970, but think again! AMD's newest video card in their 6000 series, it is the most powerful graphics card in the world. What really surprised customers was the amount of memory it contained. 4 gigabytes!!!!!! That's insane! The largest amount of memory before the 6990 was 2 gb. This is two times more! Below is a list of the graphics card specifications, they are from videocardz.com.

I'm sure many of you are like oh, this graphics card is so cool I'm going to buy it right now!! No. This graphics card is around a whooping $800 and, you need a beast system to run this card. This card is also huge, so you may need to remove some pretty important components from your computer to fit this card in. You also need to figure out if your motherboard has a big enough video card slot to put it in. Other than all that, the ATI Radeon 6990 is no doubt one of the most powerful video cards in the world.
My apologies
I haven't been able to get on my blog so much now, because of the science projects and other school stuff. Sorry, I have to do all my schoolwork. But I promise I'll bring a new review on either Killzone 3 or the Nintendo 3DS. I'll probably review the Nintendo 3DS, because I already reviewed a video game. Anyway, bye!!!

Video Games Live!
Hey! I was strolling around on Facebook today when I found a cool event going on on May the second. Gamers will review new video games and maybe talk a little more about new upcoming games. I'm not able to go, but maybe some of you will. Remember, it's at Massey Hall, May the second and is from 6:00 PM to 11:00PM. For more information visit http://www.videogameslive.com/index.php?s=home.
Crysis 2 review
Crysis 2, the new sequel to first game, Crysis has been a huge success. The game features a new character, Alcatraz, which again has the help of his best friend, the nanosuit. The nanosuit will help you maximize your armor, speed and strength. The nanosuit also has another feature called Cloak, which lets you go invisible. Invisibility is important in some cases, such as stealth kills. The game also features new weapons and attachments. A very new feature that I found pretty satisfying was Nano Catalyst. Nano Catalyst are points that help you upgrade your suit in some areas, such as armor enhancement. Now, to talk about graphics, it obviously has some pretty good graphics. But something people notice is that the graphics are only Direct X 09, not Direct X 11, like most people were expecting. Their was supposed to be a Direct X 11 patch, but Crytek denied it, so C'est dommage! Also, the game had some graphical bugs like the weapon not showing up in your hands at some time, but overall, the game has no doubt the best graphics ever. To understand the storyline, you'd have to play all the games to understand it. That's what I like about video games, you have to own all of them to understand the story sometimes. Anyway, New York is attacked by aliens and takes pretty heavy damage. The nanosuit actually is a pretty major invention and is needed to help fight off the invasion. Seriously, take my word, if it wasn't for the nanosuit, you'd be dead within an hour of gameplay. Unfortunately, Prophet is contaminated by the alien disease and dies. I find this game pretty enjoyable, except for some glitches and other stuff. Overall, this game was definitely worth the 7 years in development. Well done Crytek! I give Crysis 2 a 9.5/10.
